We are excited to announce our new Head Chef - Matt Nebel, who will work with Peter for the ultimate dining experience. Matt has had a vast array of experience having worked in local 5 star hotels before moving overseas to work with Albert Roux in the Channel Islands and then at the exclusive Grove Hotel, London. Matt then returned to Perth to work with Alaine Fabregues at The Loose Box and also at Rockpool. We hope you can join us to experience a new level of dining at Beluga.
